Adapter Kits for SM2-3 Anti-Rollback Device

Adapter kits to allow installation of Universal Anti-Rollback devices (SM2-3) on additional commonly used wheelchairs. 
 
Oversize U-BOLTS (Set of 4)
OSU-BOLTS 
This kit replaces the standard u-bolts from our SM2-3 and SM2-3W with u-bolts designed to fit around larger tubing with diameters from 1” to 1.160”. This kit will allow installation on:
Quickie Breezy Ultra 4 and 510
Invacare Insignia 
Pride stylus Plus (also needed: SM2-BAAK)
Other models with larger diameter tubing
 
Below Axle Adaptor Kit
SM2-2BAAK
Provides an alternative mounting application for our models SM2-3 and SM2-3W. Some wheelchairs do not have the required clearance around the rear axle bushings to allow for the standard U-bolt attachment method. If the wheelchair does have approximately 2” of unobstructed vertical frame just below the axle bushing(s), this kit may allow installation of:

Tracer IV Adapter Kit
SM2-2TX4AK
This kit replaces aluminum stand-offs for models SM2-3 and SM2-3W specifically for use with Invacare Tracer IV. The oversized axle bushing on this wheelchair requires reduced clearance stand-offs. It is also advisable to remove axle bolt, reverse and reinstall with bolt head at frame and nut at outside of wheel.
 
Lever Extension

This kit allows mounting of our models SM2-3 onto an Invacare SX5 Reclining Wheelchair. This wheelchair has the rear axle location moved rearward on the frame. This kit provides adapters that extend the anti-rollback device seat lever forward to compensate for that axle location.
 
Ki Mobility Catalyst 4 Adapter Kit

This kit provides the required adapter brackets for installing models SM2-3 on the Ki Mobility Catalyst 4 wheelchair. The uniquely shaped frame and tire interface on the Catalyst 4 require these specially-grooved brake arms for improved grip, along with two Catalyst-specific bracket adapters to ensure proper mounting and function. This kit must be used when fitting our anti-rollback device to the Catalyst 4.
